I. Order Cancellation
Order Processing Time:Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.Once order processing is completed, the package will be handed over to the carrier for shipment.
Order Cancellation:Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been shipped, provided the request is made within the order cancellation timeframe specified on our website.
If the cancellation request is submitted before the shipment date and within the allowed cancellation period, the order can be canceled successfully.
Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team at service@oedro.com with your order number.
II. RETURNS IN 4 EASY STEPS
You can contact our after-sales customer service team, please send an email to service@oedro.com with your order number and return request details. and we will handle the problem for you.
Prepare the Return Package:The returned item must be in the same condition as when received, with all labels intact and in the original manufacturer’s packaging.

After receiving approval, we will provide a return shipping label (where applicable).
You can obtain a return shipping label by contacting us at service@oedro.com (relevant return rules, see below). Our return address is 18220 80th Place South, Kent, Washington 98032. Make sure your return is well packaged and properly insured.
The unshipped items are allowed to cancel their orders within the timeframe specified on the website, as long as it is before the shipment date.

IV. RETURN CONFIRMATION & APPROVAL
To confirm a return request, please contact service@oedro.com and provide:
Order number
Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
Description of the issue or reason for return
Returns must be approved before shipping back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
V. RETURN DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS RECEIVED
If the item you have received is defective or damaged, contact our customer service at the first time and provide us with photos or a video of the defective or damaged item within 7 days. In this case, after our checking, we can give a full refund.
VI. INCORRECT OR NON-COMPATIBLE ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect or non-compatible item due to an error in our product listing:
Contact us within 7 days of receipt
Provide:
Photos or videos of the incorrect item
Photos or videos demonstrating the compatibility issue
Please note:
Packaging or logo variations may occur due to different production batches and do not qualify as defects if the product functions correctly.
If a return is approved, return shipping costs will be reimbursed upon submission of the shipping receipt.
If you choose to keep the item, we may offer a partial refund or discount.
Because different batches of the products are supplied, the item logo or packaging you received may vary from the one displayed on our website. If all the functions and appearance of the product prove to be correct, please understand that this case will not be included in this policy. If a return is necessary, replacement plus shipping cost reimbursement will be issued to you once you send us a return shipping receipt showing how much you paid to return it. Please be sure that the incorrect item or non-compatible item you return is in the original package and the merchandise is in the same condition you received it in. For the incorrect item or non-compatible item, if you are able to find a use for it and prefer to keep it, you may suggest that to us and we will offer you a certain discount for buying it.
VII. UNSATISFACTORY RETURNS (USED OR OPENED)
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied.
Refunds will be issued for the product price minus shipping fees, packaging fees, and a restocking fee of at least 20%, depending on item condition.
Items must be returned with original packaging and accessories.
VIII. 30-DAY UNCONDITIONAL REFUND (UNOPENED & UNUSED)
Unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Items must be returned in original, unopened packaging to qualify.

X. SHIPPING COST RESPONSIBILITY
If the return is due to customer preference or personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to OEDRO's error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), OEDRO will cover the return shipping cost.
