Hitch Receiver for 2018 2019 Jeep JL Installation

Q What is the inside dimension of this? Trying to figure out if this will fit around a 4"camper bumper?
AThe inside width is 3 1/4 inches and the depth is 2 inches.

Q Where can I get 2 more bolts snd nuts for mine? It only came with 2
AI had to switch out to grade 5 sae size. Maybe 7/16. I dont remember soooo any normal hardware store. The factory nuts are cheap weld ons. I ground them off and put 4 bolts with nuts all the way through.

Q Which wiring harness is recommended for a 2019 JL? Are they all universal?
AI don't think a 2018-19 JL universal wiring harness available just yet , only for the JK model only.
