      Very durable & seals well...it arrived fully assembled in a protective bag inside of the packing box. Has directions & is simply the 4 latches & 2 safety straps. I did move the 2 rear clamps furthe toward the back to help get a better seal on the rear gate...it required me to drill 4 new holes in the frame (2 on each side), but was very easy & straightforward. I don窶冲 get any sounds or issues at higher speed on the interstate. So far I like it a lot.

      This was pretty easy to install and it pretty easy to get into it to get things out of the truck. It looks nice and stays put.
