Description

A catalytic converter is an exhaust emission control device. Catalytic converters are usually used with internal combustion engines fueled by either gasoline or diesel—including lean-burn engines as well as kerosene heaters and stoves.       Replacing this component myself saved me 750 bucks. Took some time and patience to break down the rust that had built up on the previous converters bolts but, aside from that hiccup, it is one of the easiest components I have ever replaced on a vehicle.
